Change of mind or purchase error

For this reason, none of the products sold by MCA Online can be returned for refund or exchange, even if they are unopened and it is a simple ‘change of mind’ return. All menstrual cup and disc packages have a tamper proof seal to ensure the product you receive is brand new and unopened.

Product Defect
In the unlikely event your product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 30 days so that we can assess the item and work towards finding a resolution.
