    The website is very easy to navigate and has helpful info/FAQs to help you pick the right cup for you. MCA sends helpful tips and troubleshooting information via email after purchase. Delivery to Australia took a couple of weeks, but everything still arrived in time for my next cycle!

    MCA online has the best range of menstrual cups in Australia. They had what I was looking for and others I had never considered. They provide a good amount of information on their website. The process of purchasing was so easy that I didn’t need any customer support.

    The website isn’t too impressive but I can see that they wanted something simple and straightforward so it’s still 5 stars

    I think the website is slightly misleading regarding sizing. I chose the size I did because of my (older) age but I haven’t had kids nor that much sex and so I really didn’t need the larger size as the site specifies. I think it should be more specific about the criteria for the sizing instead of assuming an older women has a looser vaginal tract without explicitly stating that.

    MCA Online are amazing! Orders arrived within a week and the website is so easy to navigate! There are so many cup options and the accessories! I burned one of my pans trying to sterilise my cup. 🙁 Fortunately, the microwavable cup steriliser was available for purchase on the website! I only wish I had gotten it sooner! I love the MCA team and all the work they do to help women and girls have a better period!! 🙂

    I bought my first ruby cup and wish I’d made the switch years ago. It took a little practise get used to placing it but I felt so much cleaner during my period not having to use messy pads. I love that it’s also creating less garbage to landfill. No more pads and tampons for me!

    I would not recommend that cup as for my self it caused me to get a Prolapse. The suction seal is very strong on that one. so I will attempt again with the other cup I have which I think I just need to master the technique.
