How to use the Lunette cup wipes:
Wash your hands (use a cup wipe to do this if running water is not available). Empty your cup into the toilet, wipe or blot out any excess menstrual fluid with toilet paper or tissue. Use the Lunette wipe to clean your cup inside and out. Let it dry completely and then re-insert. Compost or dispose of the wipe responsibly. DO NOT flush down the toilet.

Many soaps can prematurely degrade silicone menstrual cups and discs. They may also contain ingredients that could upset your natural vaginal environment. We recommend an oil and fragrance free soap or a specially formulated cup cleaner.
Yes you can! The Lunette cup wipes are safe for use on all types of menstrual cups and discs.
In a pinch, where you do not have access to sterilising facilities, the Lunette cup wipes are a great way to sanitise your cup. However, once home again, we would recommend sterilising your cup in the microwave or on the stove top to ensure all areas and holes of the cup have been adequately cleaned.

These are good when I’m out and about or when the toilet paper is leaving too many little fibres on my cup then I can use this to clean it off and it dries quickly afterwards. Good for when you want privacy and don’t have a sink in the same room as the toilet (like a public stall). Only problem is if you have emergency wipes in your purse they can dry out in their packets which can be annoying, so best to use them before they dry out.

great for when you are on the go or to disinfect at the end of a cycle. Would say standard alcohol wipes may do the same thing and be perhaps a little more cost effective.
