How Lunette provides dignity to others

Lunette believe that a positive change in attitudes and accessibility to period products is possible. Below are just a couple of examples of the many partnerships Lunette has formed over the years.

The Cup Project – Kenya

The Cup Project was established in Kibera, Kenya in 2015. The aim of the project was to provide menstrual education to the girls in the area as well as provide them with a menstrual cup to better manage their periods.

Fida International

Together with Fida International and the Pentecostal Church of Tanzania, Lunette has been part of a comprehensive menstrual health management package. Through this initiative, local boys and girls are given education regarding puberty, reproductive health, menstruation, and how to use a period cup.

Yennenga Progress – Burkina Faso

In 2014 Lunette partnered with Yennenga Progress (a Swedish organisation). A project was undertaken to educate school girls in Burkina Faso about menstrual cups and period management. Lunette provided menstrual cups for all the girls involved in the program. Due to the projects success, Lunette continues to partner with Yennenga Progress.
